While all of us love the taste of sweetness in the brownies, we couldn’t make them as sweet as we buy them from stores outside.
So we brought you a simple, rich and tasty way to experiment your skills in making sweet black bean brownies with the ingredients, tips and tricks.

These Fudgy Black Bean Brownies are a decadent vegan dessert (and no one will ever guess that they’re packed with fiber-filled black beans!)
That catch…black beans! A cup of black beans has about half the calories that a cup of all-purpose flour has, it has got 20% of your daily iron, and has slightly higher protein content (15g).

Many of us have been thinking that brownies are calorie-dense but now we're about to change your mind about that! 
 

Let’s dive into the ingredients we need to make those heavenly  brownies

 
 

𝘐𝘕𝘎𝘙𝘌𝘋𝘐𝘌𝘕𝘛𝘚  :


* 1and 1/2 - 1 1/4 cups black beans (1 can) (Drained and rinsed very well)
* 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder * 1/2 cup quick oats (Use gluten-free Oats for a gluten free version)
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey (swap for stevia for less calories and sugar)
* 1/2 to 1 tsp stevia
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter (use coconut oil for a vegan version or apple sauce for an oil free version)
* 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 5 to 6 cubes of Grazel Dark Chocolate (Cut them in chunks)

How to make Gluten free black bean brownies?

𝘉𝘓𝘈𝘊𝘒 𝘉𝘌𝘈𝘕𝘚 𝘙𝘌𝘊𝘐𝘗𝘌:

1- Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chunks in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Really blend well.
2- Pour into a bowl and add the chocolate cubes chunks, then pour into a greased baking sheet in an 8x8 pan.
3- Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top.
4- Cook the black bean brownies 15-20 minutes, then let cool at least 10 minutes before trying to cut. If they still look a bit under-cooked, you can place them in the fridge overnight and they will magically firm up! Makes 9-12 brownies.
5- The trick with these: serve them first, and then reveal the secret ingredient. We promise no one will notice it has black beans inside or that it is even super healthy!
